WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders.

Your order will be processed within a day. Since all our jewellery are handmade, it may take up to 14 days before the goods are shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND GST

Jewellery sent for delivery outside of Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving the product.

All products should be returned new, unused and in its original packaging.

All products must be returned via recorded delivery – returns sent in any other way may not be credited.

Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

REFUNDS

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed – this may take up to 30 days.

Refunds outside of Norway will be refunded excluding taxes and duties incurred.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.

All items are checked for defects before they are packed and sent to you. If any damage has occurred during shipping, and there is visible damage to the packaging, please contact us so we can rectify the situation!
